1. Are my details safe if I buy on-line?

All transactions are guaranteed 100% secure. The security of personal and credit card information is our highest priority. We use all the latest available technology to ensure we have one of the safest sites on the net. All payments made through our website are processed by WORLDPAY. This means that your credit card details are only seen by the bank and are not stored in any form.

2. How do I buy on-line?

Once you have had a good look through this web site and selected your gift, simply complete the following steps:
- Click BUYNOW
- Click Personalise Gift to add you own special message
- Click Order Now
- Enter your delivery details and click Checkout - Continue to our 100% secure payment area
- Please make a note of your order number; your voucher pack will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail the same working day if your order is placed prior to 3pm.

3. I would like to buy a voucher, but I'm not sure which activity or gift to choose?

Our 'Choice' vouchers include a selection of top selling experiences and are available at a selection of prices. These make the ideal gift for someone that's really hard to buy for.

4. Can I pay by cheque?

We can only accept orders online for purchases through the CD WOW.

5. Why do prices for some activities vary from location to location?

We use a variety of suppliers across the UK. Some may offer slightly different itineraries or equipment. For example, rally schools use different classes of cars, which affects the cost of the activity. As far as possible, we have included full details of activities in the long description and agenda sections of the product pages to help you decide.

6. The voucher is for a present - can it be personalised?

Sorry, We cannot personalise vouchers purchased through the CD Wow site at the moment.

7. What will I receive?

You will receive a voucher pack under plain wrapping containing the following:
- An individually produced and personalised voucher (with details of how your recipient books a date for their experience).
- An activity information sheet with details of the experience and a picture to whet the appetite.
- A special open presentation envelope for the voucher.
- Our 'Choice' vouchers include a metal gift set with a pen, torch and key ring.

8. Can I see a copy of the voucher first?

Our vouchers are the same siz as a standard cheque and come with an illustrated information sheet containing all the necessary details on how to book your experience.

9. Do I need to book specific date for the activity to take place?

All of our vouchers are issued 'open dated' to allow your recipient to choose a convenient date. All vouchers are valid for ten months unless otherwise stated.

10. How will my gift be delivered?

All products are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail. All order placed by 3pm will be dispatched same day. We are unable to guarantee a specific arrival date but the majority of packages arrive the next working day. Bear in mind that the mail service is likely to be under extra pressure at Christmas so leave plenty of time when ordering.
We will do our utmost to ensure that your gift is received on time. However, in circumstances beyond our control such as postal strikes or force majeure we are unable to be held liable for the delay.

11. I have an experience voucher, how do I book?

Please take a look at your gift voucher and call the booking number on the bottom of the voucher (the purple section).
Please do not call the standard Buyagift customer services number as we do not hold details of availability.

12. How can I exchange my gift / get a refund?

13. I have a "Buyagift open voucher" how do I redeem it?

Once you have decided which Experience you wish to redeem your Buyagift Open voucher for, simply complete the tear off slip from the left hand side of your voucher and send, along with your address, a contact phone number and the details of the experience of gift of your choice to our Customer Services Team at: Buyagift Ltd, Kingmaker House, 15 Station Road, New Barnet, Herts, EN5 1NZ.

14. I have lost my voucher, can I get a replacement?

If your voucher is lost or stolen (provided it has not already been redeemed) we can cancel it and provide a replacement voucher. There is a £10 administration charge for this service.

15. Can I extend the validity of my voucher?

All Buyagift vouchers have a minimum of 10 months validity. If the voucher has not been utilised within this period we are happy to extend your voucher for you for an additional 10 months (please note that there is a £20 administration charge for this service, if the activity has increased in price you will also need to pay the difference in price).
Vouchers can only be extended if they are still inside their expiry date.
